The rain has stopped….for the most part.  There is a chance for showers this morning from a system moving across the lower part of the state, but that is slim.  The skies are gray and cloudy….the wind is blowing just enough to make my wind chimes sing to me.  The air is cool….crisp. 

This was my view as I looked out my storm door yesterday.  It was a perfect day to work from home ~ I arranged to do so earlier in the week not even realizing what was to come.  I couldn’t have planned it any better.  It was a constant, steady rain….sometimes, it was torrential rains.  Our unofficial total for the day was 6.05 inches. 

The leak that happened during the November nor’easter ~ the one I thought was just a one time occurrence because I had not had any trouble since that time….well, it came back during this storm.  I had a leak last night….fortunately before I went to bed so I was able to minimize the damage.  I will have to see what is happening in the attic I suppose….not what I had in mind for today and the weekend.  *Sigh*
