Thanks Gina…..I was fairly close ~ closer than I thought they would let me get ~ but was also using my zoom lens. They were cautious and kind of kept an eye on me but I was creeping around quietly so I guess they didn’t feel threatened by my presence.

Great photos. Were you close to the birds or using a good zoom? You got so much detail but they don’t seem bothered by your presence!
