One Year Plus Two

One year ago….plus two days

a dear friend ended our almost 30 year friendship with an email.

Lies were revealed to me…..the excuse….a character flaw.

Cold….casual…short and sweet….goodbye forever.

I believe this person still checks in here….

so for their benefit I would like to say….

I saw the Post Script….and I’m ignoring it.

A character flaw I suppose.
