Outside My Window ~ 3.25.2012
Outside my window…is dark o’clock. Yes, I know I said I was going to be sending this out earlier in the day ~ didn’t happen today and rather than stress about it, I decided not to worry about it. Life is sometimes easier that way. It is currently 56°F at about 10:30 in the evening. The is a slight breeze with cloudy skies. We have had a rainy weekend…not sure how much total rainfall we have had, but it was a soggy two days.
From my kitchen…is another quiet weekend. I went out to dinner with my youngest daughter last night ~ PF Changs. Oh so very tasty food but lord the acoustics in that place are pretty bad….either that or people talk very loudly when they go to dinner at that restaurant. I have been to other Changs and the noise isn’t as bad in those restaurants as it is in Norfolk…the layouts were a bit different so I’m sure that has something to do with it.
I am currently working on…designing some customized birth announcements for the baby I photographed a couple of weeks ago. The photos have been completed and will be uploaded into the gallery tomorrow evening, hopefully I will finish the designs tomorrow as well. I’m in a little bit of a time crunch right now so I’m hoping all goes as planned.
I am thinking…Sunday evenings will not be the same without The Walking Dead to look forward too. And by the way, last Sunday did not disappoint with several little who/what/where’s leaving everyone hanging and wondering….and of course now we have to wait until October before the next season begins. It’s gonna be a long seven months.
I am hearing…the ticking of my many clocks and an otherwise quiet house at the moment.
A recap of last week includes…working in images for Cameron….an indicator here and here that spring has officially arrived….the ducks have returned….and looking back at the night of the super moon on March 19, 2011.
Plans for the week include…working from home on Tuesday….finalizing the gallery upload on baby Cameron’s photo shoot….getting ready for spring vacation. 🙂
One of life’s little pleasures…enjoying a night out with your almost grown daughter. You have the grab the moments when you can because before you know it they are grown and gone.
From my camera…more signs of spring ~ periwinkles and azaleas beginning to bloom everywhere…
