Papa Harris
He always had a smile….
….and one of the biggest hearts.
He loved horses….fishing….Nascar….and a cold beer on a hot day.
When someone needed help, he never hesitated.
He was honored to serve his country in the Navy….
….and after retiring from the military worked as a butcher.
He was an excellent cook….I loved his fried rice.
And without a doubt, he loved his family.
Tonight our hearts are broken….
….we love and miss you Papa.

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep,
I am a thousand winds that blow
I am the Diamond glints on snow
I am the sunlight on ripened grain
I am the gentle Autumn rain
When you awaken in the morning’s hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight
I am the soft stars that shine at night
Do not stand at my grave and cry
I am not there ,
I did not die
