    Outside My Window ~ 10.14.2012

Outside my window…is a beautiful, fall day ~ albeit a warm one.  The temperature is 71°F  at 12:50 p.m. and it is suppose to get a bit higher than I would prefer.  The high is forecast to be 75°F today, blue skies, mostly sunny and a very low chance of rain.  Our next chance of rain is tomorrow evening with a scattered chance of thunderstorms ~ and a forecast high of 77°F for the day.  We will slip back into the low to mid 60’s for a couple of days and then back into the mid 70’s.  These roller coaster temperatures have been happening this past week during the day…

    Outside My Window ~ 10.7.2012

Outside my window…is what I would consider a typical fall day in Southeast Virginia.  This morning started out cloudy and cool at 54°F….the rain came about 10:30 this morning and at times it was heavy with some thunder and lightening.   Right now, at 2:30 this afternoon, we are at 57°F {our forecast high for the day} and cloudy.  Winds are from the north at about 10 mph and the humidity is 83%.   We have another chance for scattered thunderstorms early this evening and shower after dark.  Our forecast low for this evening is 48°F….now that is what I’m talking about.  🙂  I’m so ready for cooler weather, especially after we…

    Outside My Window ~ 9.16.2012

Outside my window…is a cloudy but mild evening at about 68°F at 9:00.  We had a slight chance for rain this evening with a forecast low of 61°F.  Our high today was a beautiful 75°F with the sun ducking in and out of clouds all day.  There is a local pollen alert for our area ~ high in weeds and grass….which kind of sucks because my allergies have really been bothering me since the end of last month, first of this month.  Fall can be a hard month on me as far as allergies go.  It looks like we have a decent week coming up with the exception of Monday…
