Outside My Window ~ 6.14.09

Outside My Window…it was a nice day, not horribly hot or humid.  Could have been a little cooler and less humid, but I have experienced worse.  We had lots of sunshine for all the walking we did, and that was a lot. We walked the length, up and back, of Duke of Gloucester Street in Colonial Williamsburg, one of the larger building at the Williamsburg Pottery, and a large chunk of the Prime Outlet Mall….we could all have a big bowl of ice cream this evening without guilt ~ yep, lots of walking!

I am thinking…about how good it was to see Cheryl and Stephanie after so many years…..and to finally meet Lauren!  I really enjoyed spending time with them these last couple of days……wished we lived closer so we could visit more often.

I am thankful for…getting through the graduation weekend with my sanity.  All went very well, Alanna got to the rehearsal on time, graduation on time and degree in hand.  We had a nice family gathering afterwards at our house and then she left to go celebrate with friends.  

From the kitchen…frozen pizza in the oven right now…..too tired to get too creative.

I am creating…nothing right at the moment.  Things will get back into gear in the next day or so….after my relaxation day tomorrow!

I am going…to get all my photos I have taken in the past few days transferred over to my computer so I can upload them on Flickr.  I wasn’t able to get a shot of Alanna getting the actual diploma, I was too excited!

I am reading…all 88 emails that have piled up the past three days.  Actually, most of that count is junk so it won’t take as long as it seems

I am hoping…that my feet aren’t killing me tomorrow after all the walking we did today. 

I am hearing…my daughter clicking away on the cell phone while sending text messages and a television program in the background.

Around the house…pretty tidy actually, I got everything cleaned up from the party yesterday.  And really, if it wasn’t…..I wouldn’t be caring too much right now because relaxing time is coming up! 

Plans for the week include…relaxing time on Monday…the rest of the week is wide open!  I will decide that as the week unfolds.

One of my favorite things…relaxing time…….notice a pattern here?
