The Turning Tide

The weekend before last, I was invited to stay a few days at the beach with my brother and his family.  The house was huge….and gorgeous!  Located at mile post 15.5 on Beach Road, The Turning Tide was a perfect place for a getaway.  The house featured a rec room with a pool table, private pool and hot tub, six bedrooms and full baths.   Here is a little tour…..

As you enter on the ground floor….

….you first see the  Rec Room.  There is a bedroom and bath as well.

Turn left, the downstairs foyer and up the stairs to the second level…

….which features a sitting area. 

 There is a door on each end….

…one leads to a balcony overlooking the pool & another to

a balcony with stairs down to the ground level.

On the second level, there are three bedrooms with full baths….

…..my room.  The other two rooms…

Upstairs to the third level…….

….the living room….

…the kitchen and dining room…

….the Master Bath and Bedroom….

….and another bedroom with two twin beds.

Out back….the pool and the hot tub….

Fabulous house!  The kitchen was well stocked for a rental house…

plenty of pots, pans and even Fiesta Ware!  🙂

If you are interested in a beach house ~

 this three year old home was for sale too.

I’m sure there would be quite a price tag on this one though.  🙂
