It’s Spring!!

For all of us in the northern hemisphere, March 20th  marks the Vernal Equinox, the beginning of Spring.  This is one of the two days each year when the night and daylight hours are virtually equal.  The other happens in September.  This is a time of rebirth and celebration as the earth awakens from her winter slumber, flowers and trees bloom and the temperatures begin to warm the ground and our bodies.  Of course, all of us who suffer from allergies will be sneezing a bit more and in between the spring rains everything will be covered with pollen….but Skippity Doo Dah ~ it’s getting warm again folks!!    🙂

It all happens at 1:32 p.m. EDT….let the celebrations begin!!
